Mentoring

Mentoring is central to our chapter’s mission and key to how we support one another to thrive in our professions. Our nearly 200 members are leaders in varied culinary and hospitality professions and are eager to share successes, learnings, and accomplishments with those both inside and outside of our membership. 

The Mentoring Committee plans events and activities during the year to bring together mentors and mentees. Examples include entrepreneurship, advancing one’s career from operations to management, and new directions in food writing, in addition to opportunities for one-on-one mentorship.
